COPD
Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is a lung disease characterized by chronic obstruction of lung airflow that interferes with normal breathing and is not fully reversible.
Asthma
Asthma involves the narrowing of the bronchial tubes (bronchi), which lead from the windpipe into the lungs. The bronchi carry the air in and the carbon dioxide breathed out. In people with asthma, the airway is always sensitive and slightly swollen.
